Description

Msgr. William Kerby, professor of economics at CUA; Bishop Thomas Shahan, Rector of CUA; and Msgr. John O'Grady, executive secretary of the National Conference of Catholic Charities, on the steps of McMahon Hall at CUA. These three men were responsible for the founding of the National Conference of Catholic Charities in 1910.
